Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support to both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic business partner to management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, such as conflicts and grievances, in a fair and timely manner.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Assist in the resolution of performance-related issues, guiding managers on performance management policy and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with management to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies that align with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Flexibility to travel, attending meetings off-site on a regular basis.
  • Stay up to date on employment law and regulations to ensure company compliance.
Requirements
  • Professional knowledge gained through significant experience working in a generalist HR role.
  • Membership of CIPD.
  • Minimum - CIPD Level 5 qualification.
  • Experience as an HR Adviser or in a similar HR role.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Proficient in HR Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and results-focus.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Negotiating with and influencing managers.
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented.
  • Flexibility to travel as part of the role.
