Key Responsibilities- Act as a strategic business partner to management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, such as conflicts and grievances, in a fair and timely manner.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Assist in the resolution of performance-related issues, guiding managers on performance management policy and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making and identify trends.
- Collaborate with management to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies that align with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Flexibility to travel, attending meetings off-site on a regular basis.
- Stay up to date on employment law and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Professional knowledge gained through significant experience working in a generalist HR role.
- Membership of CIPD.
- Minimum - CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Experience as an HR Adviser or in a similar HR role.
- Working knowledge of employment law and regulations.
- Proficient in HR Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and results-focus.
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
