About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Veritas Partners Ltd. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and managers in achieving their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to business leaders and managers to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage and coordinate HR projects and initiatives, including talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and managers to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development and growth.
  • Manage and analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, managers, and employees.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
