Role Overview:
Verto People is a leading engineering manufacturer with a global presence, and we're seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager for Industrial Equipment to join our team. This role will involve managing key accounts for compressed air equipment and generating new business through sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
This Regional Sales Manager for Industrial Equipment will be responsible for maintaining existing compressor sales through demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations. They will work closely with the Service Department to ensure an excellent after-sales service standard and liaise with various engineering departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling technical engineering products, preferably compressed air or transferable products such as pumps, valves, plant equipment, pneumatics, medical gas, hydrogen, hydraulics, rotating equipment, MRO, machinery, power tools, or industrial systems.

Requirements:
We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales and technical engineering. A technical engineering qualification, such as an HNC, HND, or Degree, would be advantageous. The ideal candidate should have determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with our reputable global compressed air manufacturer. A full clean driving license and willingness to work remotely with regular travel across North UK are also essential.
