About the Role
As a Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for the technical delivery and execution of product and programme solutions within the Enterprise Data team at M&S. You will lead complex programmes of work and partner with Data Technology, Data Product, and senior business leaders to deliver value and drive strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Create delivery plans and OKRs to ensure alignment to business priorities and data strategy.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Management leaders to translate strategy into prioritised initiatives.
• Develop a data-led culture to drive decisions through metrics and regular reporting.
• Provide technical leadership across domains, product groups, and program management, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership.
• Manage large budgets and demonstrate excellent financial and commercial acumen.

• Proven track record of providing technical leadership and managing large budgets.
