Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with medication and practical tasks such as shopping and housework
  • Follow individual care plans to ensure clients receive the best possible care

Requirements

No prior social care experience is necessary, but you'll need to be resilient, compassionate, and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
