At Orion Electrotech, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team. As a world leader in the design, manufacture, installation, and management of process plants for Surface Treatment, Non-Destructive testing (NDT), and Process Water Recycling, we provide innovative solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Manage and control equipment sales, spares, and services, including aftermarket support.
- Provide technical, commercial, and cost estimation expertise to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy, direction, and operational goals.
Requirements:
- Engineering qualification, HNC or higher.
- 10+ years of experience in process manufacturing, special purpose machinery, or similar manufacturing environments.
- 5+ years of experience in sales executive roles.
- 3+ years of experience in people management, preferably in an engineering environment.
- Extensive technical, commercial sales, and cost estimation experience.
- Extensive client and supplier management experience in a technical and commercial environment.
