We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our hotel food and beverage team as a Hospitality Experience Specialist. Located in the heart of London, our hotel provides convenient access to major attractions, with Great Portland Street and Regent's Park Tube stations just a few minutes away.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all standards of presentation are met, setting up the restaurant and meeting rooms for service, and serving as the face of the business, maintaining our brand reputation by delivering exceptional hospitality service.

In this role, you will engage with guests, take their food and beverage orders, use upselling opportunities to enhance their experience, and create a welcoming atmosphere that puts a smile on their face. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge within the role, working closely with our experienced team members.

About Our Hotel

The Holiday Inn London - Regent's Park Hotel is a 45-minute drive from Heathrow Airport and offers easy access to central London's major attractions, including Oxford Street, Madame Tussauds, and London Zoo. Cultural enthusiasts can visit the British Museum, which is less than a mile away, to discover ancient treasures and learn about cultures from around the world.

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
