Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resuscitation Support Facilitator to join our Clinical Effectiveness Team at North East London NHS Foundation Trust.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on resuscitation training, education, and practice to support the development of a Resuscitation Service for NELFT Services.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Effectiveness Team to attend cardiac arrest/emergency calls and provide clinical support as required.
  • Contribute to national/local audits and local policy development and projects, ensuring compliance with Trust-wide and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of Trust-wide policies and procedures, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
Requirements
  • Registered Paramedic or Nurse with a strong background in Acute care.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of teaching and training.
  • Teaching qualification and/or experience as an ALS Instructor, APLS/EPLS Instructor, or ALS Provider.
Person Specification
  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in resuscitation and critical care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient safety and quality care.
