Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for the children in our care.
You will supervise children, organize and participate in activities, and develop and implement an age-appropriate program of annual events and activities. You will also be responsible for monitoring the condition of the facility and equipment, arranging marketing materials, and updating parents and carers about their child's progress and behaviour.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise children and ensure their safety
- Organize and participate in activities, such as games, crafts, and educational tasks
- Develop and implement an age-appropriate program of annual events and activities
- Monitor the condition of the facility and equipment
- Arrange marketing materials
- Update parents and carers about their child's progress and behaviour
A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, creative skills, and a positive outlook. You will be required to conduct interviews for potential applicants, develop and maintain the nursery budget, and prepare the nursery for Ofsted inspections.
