Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for the children in our care.
As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for supervising children, organizing activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. You will also work closely with other team members to provide high-quality care and support to our children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being
- Organize and participate in activities, such as games, crafts, and educational tasks
- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities
- Monitor the condition of the facility and equipment and arrange for maintenance and repairs as needed
- Update parents and carers on their child's progress and behavior
- Answer enquiries about enrolment, payments, and practices
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification and excellent communication and organizational skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and have a positive outlook and a passion for working with children.
