As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for supervising children, organizing activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. You will also work closely with other team members to provide high-quality care and support to our children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being
- Organize and participate in activities, such as games, crafts, and educational tasks
- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities
- Monitor the condition of the facility and equipment and arrange for maintenance and repairs as needed
- Update parents and carers on their child's progress and behavior
- Answer enquiries about enrolment, payments, and practices
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification and excellent communication skills. You should also have a positive outlook, creativity, and the ability to work well under pressure.
In addition, you will need to have the ability to conduct interviews, develop and maintain the nursery budget, and arrange marketing materials.
