About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at People Plus ILS. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to a mature female client in her home in CB4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and cook meals, as well as assist with food shopping and online ordering
- Support with household chores, such as laundry and cleaning
- Accompany the client on outings and provide companionship
- Undertake any other duties reasonably allocated and within the scope of the role
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build a strong relationship with the client
- Knowledge and experience of working in a care setting (desirable)
- Flexibility to cover annual leave and other absences
- Ability to work in a fragrance-free environment (essential)
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £13-£18 per hour (dependent on work status)
