Female Support and Guidance Specialist

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Orwell Housing Association, providing support to female service users in our Temporary Supported Housing service in Cambridge.
The successful candidate will play an important part in the lives of our service users, ensuring they feel safe and happy with the service they receive. The role involves working collaboratively with other support agencies to provide a holistic approach to support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with service users to provide support through planning and helping them overcome daily struggles.
- Supporting service users to manage risks and make positive decisions to enhance their wellbeing.
- Referrals, risk assessing and supporting the team to ensure the safe environment for service users.
Requirements:
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 9-4 / A-C or equivalent)
- A full driving licence is desirable
