About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Practitioner to join our team at Prior's Court Foundation. As a key member of our residential team, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic young people with complex needs to improve their sleep patterns and build their independence and life skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support young people with complex needs to develop their sleep routines and independence skills
  • Work collaboratively with the education and residential teams to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Provide guidance and support to young people to develop their communication and social skills
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture that values diversity and promotes inclusion
