Job Title: Autism Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Practitioner to join our team at Prior's Court Foundation. As a key member of our residential team, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic young people with complex needs to improve their sleep patterns and build their independence and life skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support young people with complex needs to develop their nighttime routine and improve their sleep patterns.
  • Work collaboratively with the education and residential teams to build the independence and life skills of our young people.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for our young people to thrive.
Requirements:
  • No experience required, but more experience equals a higher salary.
  • Opportunity to gain a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare.
  • Flexible or fixed shift basis, with a Thursday-Sunday rota pattern preferred.
