Job Title: Autism Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Practitioner to join our team at Prior's Court Foundation. As a key member of our nighttime support team, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic young people with complex needs to improve their sleep patterns and build their independence and life skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support autistic young people with complex needs to develop healthy sleep patterns and routines.
  • Work collaboratively with the education and residential teams to build the young people's independence and life skills.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to young people, promoting their emotional well-being and resilience.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
Requirements:
  • No experience required, but more experience equals a higher salary.
  • Opportunity to gain a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare.
  • Flexible or fixed shift basis, with a preference for a Thursday-Sunday rota pattern.
