Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is £26,000-£30,000, based on a 20-hour workweek. You can expect enhanced bank holiday rates, a welcome bonus of £100 upon completing initial training, and an employee referral bonus programme offering £200 for each successful referral.

Job Requirements
  • We seek a caring and empathetic individual to provide companionship and support to our clients, engaging in meaningful social interaction and assisting with everyday tasks.
  • As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with personal care needs, including bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming.
Qualifications and Training
