As a Supply Chain Logistics Associate at Thorne and Wait, you will play a vital role in maintaining the flow of goods through the company's warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records, as well as communicating effectively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and Packing: Identify damages, report shortages, and verify quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory and activity logs, perform equipment maintenance, and control inventory levels.
  • Workplace Safety: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and orderly environment within the facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling meat products, possess knowledge in stocking, stacking, packing, and critical thinking, and demonstrate flexibility and open-mindedness. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are also essential.

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals seeking to develop their skills in supply chain logistics.
