Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Procurement & Supply Chain Assistant to join our team. This role involves working closely with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, shipments, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare commercial shipping invoices and match export shipping documents.
  • Handle the virtual book-in and book-out of intercompany direct dispatches.
  • Assist in project coordination, utilizing your excellent Excel skills.
  • Be the first point of contact for tier 1 telephone queries.

About You

A detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
