Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through effective management of the sales team and implementation of sales strategies
  • Develop and execute plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Mentor and train sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 33 days' holiday, company pension, wellness program, and staff discounts on car servicing.
