Job Title: Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse

Job Type: Locum, 3-month contract

Shift Pattern: Short week days

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the Memory Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess, treat, and manage patients with mental health conditions
  2. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  3. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  4. Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  1. Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
  2. NMC Registration
  3. Past experience in CAMHS, with expertise in assessment, treatment, and case management

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of £50 per hour (assignment rate - depending on experience)
