  • Developing Client H&S continual improvement programmes & overseeing their effective delivery.
  • Establishing positive relations with existing Clients to gain their confidence and become the focal point for communication.
  • Representing Turner & Townsend in a professional and diligent manner (both personally and technically) including meeting, negotiating and corresponding appropriately with Clients' Management.
  • Undertake duties as required in identifying and delivering new opportunities and business in the region.
  • Liaise, proactively and professionally, with SHQ, and wider Turner & Townsend, colleagues to contribute to team effectiveness, support others as needed and ensure consistency, quality and profitability of shared projects.
  • Maintaining and developing personnel competence to meet the demands of both the business and Clients.

  • A clear thinking person who demonstrates attention to detail, who is well organised, self-motivated and can operate independently under a broad direction.
  • Team player with an ability to manage individuals and work collaboratively with colleagues.

  • Ability to effectively plan and organise own workload to meet deadlines with disciplined ability to work unsupervised.
  • Good IT skills and competence in Microsoft Office suite to generate own reports and documents.
  • Proven experience as a CDM Principal Designer.
