About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented finance professional to lead our finance transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of finance functions, ERPs, and large-scale project management. With a passion for driving change and improving processes, you will be responsible for developing and implementing finance systems roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the creation of a new experience for the National Lottery. As a finance leader, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement finance systems roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices
  • Provide strategic oversight and direction to finance teams, ensuring seamless integration with technology and data management
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, technology, and external partners
  • Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and process automation

Requirements:

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified accountant with 10+ years of post-qualification experience in finance roles
  • Strong background in ERP implementation, preferably SAP
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale projects, driving change, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience
