We are Amazon UK Services Ltd., a leading player in the logistics industry, and we're seeking a skilled Senior Pricing Strategist to drive growth in our EU business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will own the Negotiated customer segment of our EU business, a critical growth engine for Amazon Shipping. This strategic position requires industry benchmarking, price positioning, profit analysis, and metric design to enhance customer behavior while improving profitability and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop regional benchmarking and price positioning strategies to inform overall rate structure and pricing vision for the spot segment.
  • Support new demand opportunity assessment and pricing strategy with a focus on recurring rate adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to understand cost-drivers and corresponding adjustments.
  • Lead global business-level pricing narrative for the region through monthly and quarterly business reviews, as well as 3-year planning.
  • Support new product go-to-market initiatives or ownership for in-region launches.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Background in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • End-to-end product delivery experience.
  • Owning technology products.
  • Experience managing pricing in the logistics industry.
