Job Overview

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to teachers and staff in Primary and secondary schools, working closely with our team to ensure the smooth delivery of educational services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and has excellent organizational skills.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this role is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a collaborative work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Assist with the coordination of school events and activities
  2. Maintain accurate records and files, utilizing ICT systems efficiently
  3. Support teachers and staff with administrative tasks, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to safeguarding and child welfare
Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proficiency in using ICT systems, including SIMS and Microsoft Office
  • An in-date DBS registration or willingness to obtain one
