Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Children's Youth Worker to join our team at Teach360. As a key member of our Hillingdon youth services team, you will be responsible for delivering programmes and activities designed to promote the social, emotional, and educational development of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging programmes and activities for children and young people
  • Build strong relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Contribute to the development of new programmes and initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. youth work, education, social sciences)
  • At least 2 years' experience working with children and young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of service users
