Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at Corepeople Recruitment. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care and support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers and sub-contractors to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all remedial works are completed to the required standard within agreed timescales.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, site managers, and sub-contractors to ensure all associated works are carried out at agreed times.
- Monitor and report to the management team on the performance of sub-contractors.
- Effectively communicate with management, maintenance supervisors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure minimum response times to customer care issues.
Requirements:
- Strong customer care experience, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 to £27,000 per annum.
