We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at We Recruit Group Ltd. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the success of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- RICS Accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction consultancy or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the healthcare and education sectors.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience).
