Job Overview

At Yavli, we're seeking a skilled Content Optimization Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through the optimization of our sponsored content campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for content discovery and a strong analytical mindset. They will be responsible for testing and analyzing key metrics to optimize campaign performance in a ROI-driven manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct extensive testing of text title and image ad creatives via our in-house ad management system.
  • Analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Source and purchase licenses for ad creatives.
  • Work with clients to collect campaign assets.
  • Compile and create advertising copy for upload to WordPress.
  • Commission advertising copy from external writers.
  • Ensure proper set-up of campaign targeting options, click-through URLs, and proprietary tracking.
  • QA ads to ensure they meet required specifications.
  • Identify under-performing campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical issues with campaign delivery and tracking.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of basic Internet advertising metrics (CTR, CPA, CPC, etc.).
  • Reasonable understanding of URL tracking, conversion tracking, clicks, and impressions.
  • Familiarity with direct response marketing.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Ability to create and edit advertising copy in American English.
  • Good eye for finding interesting content and images.
  • Self-starter with ability to learn quickly and thrive under pressure.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
