Job Summary

We are seeking a Deputy Head of Training who will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure we provide the highest quality of care and support.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should hold your CQC registration and Level 5 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards this qualification. A passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to professional, flexible, and personalised support are essential.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a generous annual leave entitlement of 25 days + 8 days bank holiday for the first 5 years, increasing to 28 days + 8 days bank holiday after 5 years. In addition, you will have access to our employee assistance program and a pension scheme.
