Sister/Charge Nurse – Orthopaedic and Spinal Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Orthopaedic and Spinal Unit at The London Clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high standards of patient-centred care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Take a senior role within the ward, providing leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Promote safe practice and professional conduct, and be competent in recognising life-threatening/emergency situations.
- Organise workload in line with clinical priorities, and establish good working relationships with specialist practitioners and the multidisciplinary team.
- Registered General Nurse with valid NMC registration.
- Post-registration acute surgical ward experience with sound evidence-based knowledge in general nursing.
- Previous experience in orthopaedics and spinal surgery.
- Effective interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- A competitive salary range of £44,639 - £54,572 per annum.
