Orthopaedic Ward Sister

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Orthopaedics team at The Princess Grace Hospital in London.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated nurse to take on a leadership role in our Orthopaedics department. As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership, expertise, and support to the team, ensuring the highest standards of care to patients and families are achieved on a 24-hour basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide effective leadership and management of the Orthopaedics team
- Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at all times
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Strong experience in a surgical setting with experience in Orthopaedics/ spinal surgery/neuro surgery
- Evidence of further education including post-graduate certification/diploma/Continuous Professional development
- Management skills and Leadership or management training
- Basic Life Support
- Mentorship / Preceptorship of junior staff
- Demonstrable experience of managing budgets
