Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and develop a staff team
  • Analyse weekly data and CHAT reports
  • Promote the principles of corporate parenting
  • Work collaboratively with partners in various sectors

Requirements:

  • Social Work Degree
  • Minimum 2 years supervising experience
  • Preferably experience in Leaving Care
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
