Job Summary:

TPP Recruitment is seeking a Supporter Relations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the Supporter Engagement team, ensuring all donations, enquiries, comments, and complaints are processed efficiently across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with donors, supporters, and stakeholders. They will be responsible for leading and motivating teams to achieve their objectives and managing community fundraising activities and supporter events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Line-manage the Supporter Engagement team
  • Supporter Engagement: Oversee the processing of donations and post while ensuring compliance with charity regulations
  • Community Fundraising: Develop and deliver a community fundraising programme that inspires supporters and grows the network

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can lead our Supporter Engagement team to success. If you have experience of working in a supporter engagement role or equivalent, we would love to hear from you.
