Continuous Improvement Lead

We are a dynamic team at The Senator Group, working together to deliver high-quality products to our customers.
We are seeking a talented Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team, offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading internal audits across multiple sites, from planning to reporting, ensuring audit findings and risk objectives are managed effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure audit readiness and proactive resolution of any non-compliance areas.
- Providing quality system training to employees to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar quality role, with strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards. They will also have effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
