We seek an ambitious individual who shares our vision for innovation and growth. Our CEO is a young and dynamic leader, and we're looking for someone who can contribute to our development, promotion, and expansion in the north.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid UK driver's license and either possess or be able to obtain an enhanced DBS check.

Role Overview

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our Academy programme in the North, working collaboratively with our Elite 7s Team Operations Manager and CEO/Founder. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring high-quality coaching provision for elite athletes across our North West, Yorkshire, and North East academy programmes, adhering to world-class standards.
  2. Establishing connections with local clubs to enhance our coaching provision through masterclasses and performance camps.
  3. Playing a pivotal role in developing, executing, and marketing the EggChaser 7s North and EggChaser North Schools 7s initiatives based at Darlington Mowden Park RFC.
  4. Serving as an ambassador for our brand, promoting and supporting our values and mission.
