We are seeking a highly skilled Fibre Infrastructure Programme Coordinator to join our team in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the fibre coordinators and be responsible for all aspects of the Streetworks process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Streetworks noticing from raising, closing and registering
  • Chase notice information where applicable, ensuring Streetworks timescales are met
  • Track notice / permit applications
  • Arrange traffic management (TM), ensuring the correct TM is booked in for each job
  • Complete TTRO forms where applicable
  • Work with the wider team in resolving delays and disruptions to the program
  • Liaise with office and field staff
  • Liaise with local highways authorities where appropriate
  • Schedule works as per the program, including distribution of job packs and safe dig prints
  • Track works activities, keeping accurate records and updates
  • Creation and updates to SLD's

Requirements
  • Prior experience in a Coordinator or similar role is essential
  • Experience of Street Manager or equivalent systems (Symology, Solo, Bentley) is required
  • Effective and clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Team player
  • Telecoms background is desirable but not essential
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office packages
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £25,000. We offer on-site gym, team days out, progression opportunities, and more.

This is a temp-perm position, working Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 with a 1-hour lunch break.
