Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team at Panavision in Greenford, London. As a CCTV Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our multiple sites through proactive monitoring, access control, and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor security systems (CCTV, access control) and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular patrols of facilities and ensure adherence to safety protocols, including fire alarms and medical incidents.
  • Manage access control procedures and issue temporary passes to authorized personnel.
  • Respond to emergencies, including fire alarms and medical incidents, and report incidents and maintain detailed records.
  • Support the Shipping & Receiving Department with collections, when necessary, and cover the reception desk, when required.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role with valid security training and first aid certification.
  • Experience in a similar multi-site environment, with a strong understanding of security technologies (CCTV, access control).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and professionalism.
  • Flexibility for working a rotational shift pattern, including weekends and night shifts.
