Job Title: CCTV Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Security Officer to join our team at a premium brand's manufacturing and production site in Sidcup. As a CCTV Retail Security Officer, you will be responsible for carrying out duties in a busy environment and contributing to the success of our security team.

Your Role:
  • Greet staff and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Control access in and out of the building, maintaining a secure and safe environment.
  • Patrol the premises, ensuring security protocols are being adhered to and identifying potential risks.
  • Deal with disturbances, issues, and security incidents, providing a professional and calm response.
  • Provide first aid and incident reporting, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to use digital devices and software.
  • SIA license preferred, with training provided for suitable candidates.
