About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Be Caring in Liverpool. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care that protects people's dignity and promotes independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care that protects people's dignity and promotes independence
  • Promote enabling approaches to support people to meet their outcomes
  • Support people to connect with their communities and access local support and services
  • Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control
  • Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time

We are looking for individuals with Be Caring values who can go Above & Beyond to meet personal outcomes. If you have previous retail experience, you'll already have many of the skills needed to make an excellent Care Assistant. We will provide you with comprehensive induction training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, you will work in a dedicated care team operating in Dovecot, Knotty Ash, and Broadgreen. You will be recruited to a specific care team and will work with a consistent group of colleagues. We offer part-time and full-time hours, as well as shift pay rather than pay per call.
