Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to provide support to the East Midlands region on a temporary freelance basis.
This role involves working closely with foster parents and children's social workers to ensure the best possible outcomes for all children and foster carers.
The ideal candidate will have a formal social work qualification, be registered with Social Work England, and possess a valid driving license.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct support to foster families with a realistic caseload (10-12 families)
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure foster parents are informed, accept, understand, and operate within regulations and national minimum standards
- Building positive relationships with foster parents and children's social workers
