About the Role

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Estate Operative. The ideal candidate will have a full UK driver's licence and experience in grounds maintenance. They will take pride in their work, have a keen eye for detail, and be willing to develop their skills and complete relevant training and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out grounds maintenance tasks, including horticultural work and machinery operation
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of horticultural best practices
  • Work safely and efficiently, adhering to COSHH and Health and Safety guidelines
  • Operate a range of machinery, including driving and towing
  • Use an app-based scheduling system to manage tasks and schedules

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working with horticultural plants and machinery
  • Knowledge of horticultural best practices
  • Experience with driving and towing machinery
  • Previous experience working from an app-based scheduling system
  • COSHH and Health and Safety experience in a horticultural environment
