The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Servicing Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As an Asset Servicing Analyst, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling corporate action entitlements, including collecting fund manager instructions for voluntary events.

You will also support the Proxy Voting policy and process effectively, process dividend entitlements for client portfolios, and update dividend entitlements for deceased clients to ensure accurate probate valuations.

Additionally, you will input instructions related to corporate actions into custodian systems and CREST GUI, analyse, collate, and distribute disclosure data, and demonstrate an understanding of the relevant regulatory framework and ensure compliance while practising effective risk management with client outcomes in mind.

Your Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in corporate actions and dividend processing, good overall knowledge of securities, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
