Job Title: Trade Services Senior Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Services Senior Analyst to join our Asset Management division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and processing of retained services and outsourced activities across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage daily and weekly service delivery KPIs and KRIs, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Identify control weaknesses and recommend procedural and process changes in partnership with team members, manager, and outsourced provider.
  • Create and review procedures to reflect processes, policies, and workflows supporting trade services processes and activities.
  • Manage operational risk and issues within the team and outsourced provider, regularly reviewing and identifying opportunities for risk mitigation.
  • Engage with secondary service recipients to ensure service delivery meets standards for today and future business levels.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the asset management industry or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of outsourced service areas, including operational service delivery and client expectations.
  • Experience in working with and overseeing 3rd party relationship service delivery.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, KPIs, KRIs, and service levels.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changes in processes and procedures.
  • Industry awareness of outsourced service areas and regulations governing them.
  • Strong influencing skills in managing relationship/client service engagement.
