Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Coordinator to join our team at Wpp Group. As a Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the overall program, working with the Business Director, from day-to-day conversations with markets and clients to setting up regular connects, a repository library of entries, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of the overall program, working with the Business Director, from day-to-day conversation with markets and clients to setting up regular connects, a repository library of entries, etc.
  • Organisation of sessions/experiences driving a better culture of creativity and awards (e.g. external judging sessions, attendance to award shows), including the development of content.
  • Lead the development of case study template and database.
  • Coordinate with local agency and client teams across markets.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skillset, ideally in a creative field.
  • Partnership or media/digital planning & buying experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • A basic understanding of partnership, sponsorship, content, and/or digital media channels.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
  • Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects at one time.
  • Foreign language is a bonus.
