About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you will play a key role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our independent living scheme, including coordinating care plans, managing budgets, and supervising staff.

You will be working closely with our residents, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure that they receive the highest level of care and support. This will involve conducting regular assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring progress. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting on outcomes.

We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of adult social care principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have experience of working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a care management or similar role. A degree in a relevant field such as social work, nursing, or health sciences would be advantageous.
