Key Responsibilities- Assist the client with personal care and daily living tasks
- Support the client with her rehabilitation programme, including therapy exercises and social outings
- Liaise with the client's family and healthcare team as required
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of the client's progress
- Experience of supporting individuals with brain injuries or autism
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS and enrol in the DBS update service
