About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in supporting a young woman with a brain injury and autism. The successful candidate will work closely with our client to increase her independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the client with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Support the client with her rehabilitation programme, including therapy exercises and social outings
  • Liaise with the client's family and healthcare team as required
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of the client's progress
Requirements
  • Experience of supporting individuals with brain injuries or autism
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS and enrol in the DBS update service
