We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker for Children to join our team at We Care Bespoke Ltd. As a Residential Youth Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to young people in our solo children’s homes.

About the Role

• Provide daily support to children, including personal care routines, medication, and food preparation

• Ensure the health, personal, emotional well-being, and safety of children are maintained at all times

• Support children and staff in challenging situations

• Maintain accurate and thorough records

• Assist with household chores and support day staff during night shifts

• Complete thorough handovers and report any concerns regarding children’ health, behavior, or safeguarding

Requirements

• Understanding and experience in thorough record keeping

• Resilience and consistency

• Strong communication and ability to take direction

• NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care (children) or equivalent

• 12 months experience working with children

• UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
