The Placement Specialist, Private Risk is a key member of our team, responsible for marketing accounts, maintaining relationships with insurance company partners, and staying up-to-date on market insights and trends. This individual will serve as an internal resource and client-facing expert, driving organic growth in the firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned accounts to drive growth and retention.
- Collaborate with insurance company partners to ensure compliance with marketing requirements and stay informed about carrier attributes and requirements.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the Marketing Analyst Team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Peer review marketing work products to ensure quality and consistency.
- Coordinate service delivery on assigned accounts, including developing initial placement and renewal strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with insurance company partners, leveraging in-depth knowledge of insurance agency partners and carrier requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve the firm, business segment, and processes, bringing issues and discrepancies to leadership attention.
- Serve as a mentor to colleagues and complete special projects as assigned.
- Certification(s): None required; None preferred

- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with insurance company partners, including key insurance markets and insurance company partner representatives.
- Detail-oriented and able to analyze various plans to provide recommendations for clients and prospects.
- Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with all firm business segments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate the organization's core values, exuding behavior aligned with the firm's culture.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a heavy emphasis on Excel.
- Ability to learn any other appropriate program or software system used by the firm as necessary. Experience with EPIC and Salesforce is a plus.
